The construction mesh welding machine is adjustable in speed and mesh opening.So it can make many specification mesh rolls.The vertical wire and horizontal wire are fed in coils.The worker send the vertical wire into the welding position.The horizonal wire is sent by wire straightening and cutting device.This device is part of the main machine.It is connected with the main shaft of the machine through a chain.So this mesh welding machine belongs to full automatic mesh welder.

The structure of the machine can be devided into five parts.

1. Upper and lower beams of the machine: The upper and lower welding electrodes are assembled on the upper and lower beams.

2. The welding transformer: The transformer converts high voltage into high current

3. Principal shaft: The main shaft connects and drives all parts of the machine through gears and chains

4. The horizontal wire feeding device: This device can pre straightening the horizontal wire before welding.

5. The control cabinet: This is the heart of the machine.You can adjust the speed and length of the mesh by the control system.
