Wire Mesh Roll Welding Machine Description

This machine is full automatic wire mesh roll welding machine.Different from common roll mesh welding machine,this machine belongs to CNC mesh welding machine.You can change the distance of the cross wire in the control panel. After welding, the mesh will pass through the casting rubber shaft to pull the mesh forward and flatten it at the same time.The mesh is rolled into a roll after passing through the automatic winder. The winder has the function of automatic unloading. The winding mesh shaft is controlled by the servo motor. After the wire mesh is wound, the servo motor moves aside with the winding mesh shaft until the winding mesh shaft is separated from the roll mesh.

Wire Mesh Roll Welding Machine Advantage

1. Both of the line wire and cross wire are fed from wire coils automatically.

2. The cross wire feeding is controlled by FUji servo mmotor.The length can be adjusted by PLC.

3. The cross wire are feeding through guide rollers and straightener.

4. The two edge cutters position can be adjusted for edge trimming and make different mesh width.

5. The welding electrodes is 18mm diameter,the distance can be adjusted for any size.

6. Cast water-cooling transformer, the welding degree is adjusted by PLC.

7. The mesh roll is uploaded automatically.The mesh can be repaired before rolling if the welding is not firm.
