One - An overview:
Vortex vibration cleaning machine is a new type of fruit and vegetable cleaning and processing machinery developed by ourcompany.It and other cleaning machines have two big differences, one is clean water, two is vibration transport materials.The machine mechanism is simple, low failure rate, compact structure, easy to operate, good cleaning effect, and good waterfiltration, high productivity.
Two - Working principle:
Vortexing is formed by using the cleaning water to make the material clean in the vortexing water.When the material is cleaned, it makes spiral movement together with the clean water in the cleaning tank. After the material is cleaned, it is pushed forward by the vibration conveying mechanism under the action of hydrodynamics and sent out of the cleaning machine.

The machine is composed of a frame, a cleaning tank, a water pump, a water storage tank, a vibration conveyer, an electrical control system and a control switch.
