2. Raw material transportation

After reaching the target setting value, the pneumatic ball valve is closed, and the design metering accuracy is 18%. 22 kinds of additives are directly controlled according to the logic sequence of the formula (each additive is set by the system to enter the target metering tank), and the advance amount program is embedded to ensure its batching accuracy and design measurement accuracy of 1%.

When the system batching is completed, the indicator will display with a green light to indicate that the batching is complete, waiting for the next batching instruction. In case of insufficient raw materials in the section, an automatic alarm will be issued to prompt the operator to replace the raw material barrel, and the original batching procedure will continue.

When the preparation is completed, the raw materials of each metering tank can be manually selected to be transported to the barrel! The operation mode is semi-automatic, you must set the finished product discharge value and click to start the automatic discharge, and it will automatically stop when the target value is reached.
