Glass Beads for Roadmarking

1) Product Function
Improve the road marking line contrary reflection function. When driving at night, the lamp shines on the marking line with glass bead in it, the ray of lamp is reflected back parallely. So the driver can look at the road clearly and drive safely at night.

2) Product Specification:
1. Products according to international standard include: BS6088,EN1423/1424,  AASHTO, KS etc.
2. You can choose different size glass bead between 50μm-1180μm according to different function.

Appearance: Colourless and transparent ball, no visible bubbles and impurity.
Spherical beads:≥80%(600< Sieve size< 850um,spherical beads≥75%)
Density:2.4-2.6g/cm3
Refractive index:Nd≥1.50　
Glass bead composition: The glass bead is made of sodium and calcium. SiO2＞68%

4) Package:
1. Using double-deck package, the inner is polythene film and its thickness is not less than 0.5mm,the outer is plastic woven bag to prevent leak or damp. The net weight of each bag is 25±0.2kg.
2. Using double-deck package, the inner is polythene fim and its thickness is not less than 0.5mm, the outer is plastic woven bag to prevent leak or damp. The net weight of each is 1000±8kg.
