Working principle:
When the sensor detects the bottle, the label delivery motor starts to deliver the label. When the label-feeding motor receives the label-feeding completion signal, it stops delivering the label.
The label cutting motor starts cutting labels. The bottles do not stop during the labeling and cutting process. When the bottle-pushing photoelectric sensor detects a bottle and determines that continuous production is required, the bottle-pushing screw starts pushing bottles (the role of the bottle-pushing screw is to evenly distribute bottles with uneven
spacing and uneven initial speed), and the bottles enter the core unit of the labeling system.
When the labeling photoelectric sensor detects the bottle, it immediately sends the information to the control center PLC, and the PLC successively issues four instructions: label delivery, positioning, label cutting, and label shooting. When the label shooting is completed, the bottle labeling process is completed and then enters the label finishing and shrinking
unit.
