Heating

Based on the physical characteristics of thermoplastic flexible tubes, the fully automatic sterile sealing machine heats the hot extrusion heads at both ends

Heating+Squeezing

By automatically closed-loop control of the extrusion head temperature and precise displacement, the heating and extrusion of thermoplastic hoses can be achieved

Pipe wall welding

Homogenize and fuse the walls of thermoplastic hoses to achieve wall fusion of dry or liquid hoses

Aseptic separation

The sterile disconnection of thermoplastic hoses can be achieved by manually separating them along the indicated dividing line using scissors.
