Before designing grooves, please read the descriptions of each series of products by yourself, and clearly distinguish whether the product uses an integral groove or a split groove; during the process of installing the seals, pay attention to avoid sharp edges, and the hole seals must be installed in the integral groove. With the help of installation tools; the designer must consider parameters such as groove dimensional accuracy, surface roughness, extrusion gap, etc. For details, please refer to the product instruction manual, diagram and size table.
2. Before installing the seal, it must be ensured that there are no impurities and cracks in the sealing groove, and operating oil should be applied to the sealing groove and the surface of the seal respectively; the seals should be installed gradually in sequence; Avoid twisting and skewing; if it is a split slot, tighten the gland last.
