Product Overview
This 250L/H reverse osmosis water plant is designed for brackish water treatment applications, featuring 1.7kW power rating and 380-415V operation with 2 FRP tanks for comprehensive pretreatment.
Reverse Osmosis Technology
Reverse osmosis utilizes semi-permeable membrane technology driven by pressure differentials. When system pressure exceeds the osmotic pressure of the feed water, pure water molecules permeate through the membrane while contaminants including ions, organics, bacteria, and viruses are effectively rejected and discharged as concentrate.
System Process Flow
Raw water undergoes multiple pretreatment stages including fine filtration, quartz sand filtration, and compressed activated carbon filtration before being pressurized through the RO membrane with 1/10000 μm pore size. This process converts high-concentration water to low-concentration purified water while removing industrial pollutants, heavy metals, and microbial contaminants.
