Process Flow & Efficiency

1. Pretreatment: Feed water first passes through sand filters to remove particulates, followed by activated carbon filters to adsorb organic compounds and chlorine, protecting the RO membrane from damage.
2. Reverse Osmosis: The core stage uses high-pressure pumps to drive water through the RO membrane, rejecting up to 99% of dissolved solids, salts, and contaminants.
3. Control & Monitoring: Real-time TDS monitoring and pressure switches ensure optimal performance, while operational indicators simplify maintenance.
