Installation & Operation
Proper startup is critical to prevent membrane damage and achieve water quality goals. Before operation:
- Complete membrane preconditioning and module installation per technical manual
- Calibrate all instrumentation
- Flush system thoroughly to remove shipping solution
- Purge residual air from system
- Start manually at 60% design capacity
