The DHP 8.2 axial piston pump, a premium water treatment consumable from WUXI FENIGAL, is tailor-made for large/medium seawater & industrial desalination systems. As a star model in the DHP series, it boasts ultra-large flow, strong corrosion resistance, and high energy efficiency—becoming core fluid transfer equipment for reverse osmosis scenarios (e.g., seawater desalination plants with daily treatment over 200 tons).


Operating on the axial piston principle, its plungers reciprocate parallel to the drive shaft to transfer low-viscosity corrosive fluids (seawater, industrial saline wastewater) at high pressure. It uses the transferred fluid as lubricant, eliminating oil tanks and oil leakage, fully meeting desalination’s strict cleanliness demands. The integrated flushing check valve simplifies RO membrane system piping, cutting installation space and costs—ideal for long-term, continuous high-flow water supply in industrial desalination.

Installation & Operation Tips

  1. Port & Connection: "I" for inlet, "O" for outlet (M42×1.5). Use high-pressure PTFE gaskets, limit leakage to ≤3 drops/min.
  2. Filtration: Install 10 μm absolute filter (≥99.98% efficiency, β10>5000) at inlet to avoid component wear.
  3. Pressure Protection: Inlet low-pressure switch (2 Bar) prevents dry running; outlet high-pressure switch (70 Bar) + safety valve protects RO membranes.
  4. Flushing: After shutdown, flush with fresh water for ≥15 mins (add bactericide if shutdown >15 days) to avoid salt crystallization.

Maintenance & Warranty

  • Daily Maintenance: Check filter pressure difference (replace element if >0.5 Bar); partial inspection every 6000 hours, full inspection every 8000 hours.
  • Warranty: 1-year free maintenance (shipment date); 8000-hour maintenance-free warranty (if operated as required, max 18 months).
