ROX Series Commercial Reverse Osmosis Systems
Designed to produce low dissolved solids water from non-polluted surface or well water, these systems utilize high-efficiency reverse osmosis membranes. The purified water is suitable for applications including semiconductor manufacturing, boiler feed, pharmaceutical production, municipal water treatment, water reuse, food processing, bottling operations, and various industrial processes.
Operation Specifications
- Maximum feed water temperature: 42°C
- Equipment upgrade available for TDS up to 5,000 ppm
- Hydrogen Sulfide must be removed prior to treatment
- Maximum Silica tolerance: 25 ppm at 60% recovery
- Feed water TDS range: 0-2,000 ppm
- Operating pressure: 150 to 250 psi
- pH tolerance range: 3-11
- Maximum Iron content: 0.05 ppm
- Feed water pressure: 20 to 80 psi
- Hardness over 1 GPG requires water softener
- Turbidity should be removed before processing
- Can operate at higher TDS levels by lowering recovery rate
