Treatment Process
Raw water pump → Quartz sand filter → Antiscale dosing system → Activated carbon filter → Security filter → High-pressure pump → RO system + UV sterilizer + Water supply point
Filtration Components
- Quartz Sand Filter: Fiberglass housing with quartz sand media removes large particles, suspended solids, colloids, iron, and sediments
- Activated Carbon Filter: Fiberglass housing with activated carbon removes color, odor, residual chlorine, and organic substances
- Security Filter: 5µm precision filtration prevents large particles, bacteria, and viruses from entering RO membranes
- RO System: Removes particles, colloids, organic impurities, heavy metal ions, bacteria, viruses, and 99% of dissolved salts
Maintenance Schedule
- Quartz sand: Replace every 15 months (50kg/bag)
- Activated carbon: Replace every 15 months (25kg/bag)
- PP Filter cartridge: Replace every month
