MEO1000 Ready Mixed Concrete Mixing Plant Overview
High-performance concrete batching plant with production capacity ranging from 60 to 240 cubic meters per hour, designed for reliable operation in demanding construction environments.
Test-Run Procedures
No-Load Test-Run
Before startup, thoroughly inspect and remove any foreign materials from mixing drum, measuring hoppers, fines silos, and batchers accumulated during construction operations.
After completing unit test-run, perform combined test-run at no-load conditions. Energize PC, rotate manual/auto switch to "auto" position, select prescription, set material inputs to zero, and verify the complete working process meets requirements.
On-Load Test-Run
Ensure water supply, air supply, and power supply are operating normally before proceeding with on-load testing.
Important Notice: The concrete produced during test-run cannot be used as commercial product.
Test-Run Preparation & Attention Points
- Provide adequate materials required for on-load test-run operations
- Prepare designated ground area for stockpiling test-run concrete
- Follow material proportions precisely when setting prescription parameters
- Verify batcher, slant belt conveyor, and moving units for normal operation
- Check supporting components for looseness and adjust belt alignment
- Inspect material charging/discharging gates and travel switches
- Examine flexible connections of measuring mechanisms and air-driven connections
- Verify concrete mixture conformity with prescription requirements
- Calculate production capacity and verify it meets design specifications
Operation Steps
Activate power supply master switch and inspect electrical system for normal operation. Check for abnormal noise, fume, spark, or odor. If normal, proceed with control switch activation for air compressor, mixer, and slant belt conveyor.
Hand-Operated On-Load Test Run
- Set manual/auto switch to "manual" position
- Discharge aggregate into measuring hoppers using corresponding push-buttons
- Transfer measured aggregate via horizontal and slant belt conveyors to intermediate silos
- Measure cement and coal dust using spiral conveyors
- Measure water and additives using respective pumps
- Mix materials in mixer for approximately 38 seconds before discharge
- Produce three pots of concrete to calculate actual material deviations and verify scale accuracy
Automatically-Operated Test Run
Set manual/auto switch to "auto" position, input proportions to PC, and follow prompts for automatic production under preset parameters.
