Product Description
Habio Pectinase has the activity of both cellulase and hemicellulase, and can effectively hydrolyze pectin and cellulosic polysaccharide. Its main functions are described as follows:
1) Degrade pectin, release nutrients, and improve the digestibility of nutrients;
2) Reduce chyme viscosity, increase feed intake, and improve production performance;
3) Improve intestinal function and increase endogenous enzyme activity;
4) Increase the utilization rate of unconventional raw materials, reduce costs and improve economic benefits.
Enzyme Activity Definition
One Pectinase Unit (U/g) is defined as the 1g of solid enzyme powder (or 1mL of liquid enzyme) decomposes pectin in 1h to produce 1mg of galacturonic acid at 50℃ and pH 3.5.
