Description of Phytase
The Gene Souces of Habio Phytase Granule is E.Coli and it is the type of 6-phytase. The highest activity of Habio phytase Granule could be up to 50,000FTU, it is natural heat-stable without any coating materials and can be widely used in the high humidity and high pressure pelleting temperautre.
The mesh size of Habio Phytase Granule is 20Mesh≥90%.
Definition of Phytase Activity – same to FYT and FTU
One phytase unit (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1μmol inorganic phosphorus per minute from 5.0mmol/L sodium phytate at 37℃, pH5.5.
