Habio Neutral Protease is developed by Mianyang Habio Bioengineering Co., Ltd with liquid submerged fermentation.It can hydrolyze the protein effectively at a wide range of temperature and pH and can be applied to many fields such as feed, leather, depilation, softening, silk, toothpaste, soap, detergent, baking, dairy etc.

Definition of Neutral Protease

One unit (U) of Protease is defined as the quantity of enzyme, which liberates 1μg Forint positive amino acid and peptide of tyrosine per minute at 40°C, pH7.5.

2. High Activity in pH5.5 – 10.5, the optimal pH is 7.5.

Package and Storage

Packaging: 25kg/bag or 20kg fiber drums

Store in original package under sealed, room temperature condition for 12 months to solid form.
