Habio Alkaline Protease is a new enzyme produced by Mianyang Habio Bioengineering Co., Ltd. with modern genetic engineering technology, microbial fermentation technology and advanced post-treatment technology. It has high activity of disulfide bond reductase and polypeptide hydrolase, which can effectively catalyze protein, especially keratin. Habio keratinase can be widely used in feed, leather, food, cosmetics and other industrial fields.
Definition of Activity
One unit (U) of Alkaline Protease activity is defined as the amount of enzyme required to release 1 μg tyrosine per minute by hydrolyzing casein at 40℃and pH 10.5 .
Product Characteristics
1.Optimum operation temperature: 65℃;
2.Optimum operation pH: 7-12.5;
3. Trypsin and Pepsin resistance:
Keep staying at Trypsin-Pepsin solution for 5.5 hours, the enzyme retention rate is 81.39%.
