Performance Specification and Dosage 

The multi-enzyme is specialized for the detergent powder, which is comprised of protease, amylase,cellulase and lipase, they can remove the blood stain, oil stain and protein stain effectively.

The multi-enzyme can be used directly, the dosage is 0.2% - 0.2% in the detergent powder.

Habio Protease is high alkaline and enhances the cleaning of protein based soils, such as grass and blood. This is achieved by catalyzing the breakdown of the constituent proteins in the soils through hydrolysis of the amide bonds between individual amino acids. In the case of serine end peptidase, it contains a catalytic triad of amino acids at the active site. Protease attaches to the fibers preventing re-attachment of impurities.

Habio Lipase is particularly effective in the removal of butter, edible oils, chocolate, tomato based sauces, cosmetics, body soils, sebum and sweat. Lipase can decompose a fatty stain by up to 25%, which can then be removed easily because of the hydrophobic character. Lipase is absorbed in the hydrophobic stain during washing, then during the dry facilitates the further removal of the stain in the next wash.

Habio amylase is used for both dish washing detergent and clothing detergents. Amylase is ideal removal for the removal of starch-based foods by catalyzing the hydrolysis of glycosidic linkages in starch polymers, regravy, recontamination is also prevented. Common starch containing stains are of gravy, spaghetti, chocolate and puddings etc.

Package and Storage

Packaging: 25kg/bag; liquid : 30kg per plastic barrel.

Store in original package under sealed, room temperature condition for 12 months to solid form, and 6 months to liquid form (less than 25 ℃).
