Habio keratinase is a new type of enzyme developed by Mianyang Habio Bioengineering Co., Ltd with modern genetic engineering, microbe (Pichia Pastoris) fermentation and advanced post-process technology. It has efficient disulfide bond reductase and peptide hydrolysis enzyme activity, and can effectively catalyze the hydrolysis of proteins especially keratin proteins, can be widely used in feed, leather, food, cosmetics, and other industrial fields.

- Optimum operation pH: 7-12.5;
- Thermostability in water bath (thermostable treatment: Water bath for 5 min under different temperature)
- pH Resisitance ( Resisitance treatment: treatment for 90min under different pH).
- Trypsin and Pepsin resistance:Keep staying at Trypsin-Pepsin solution for 5.5 hours, the enzyme retention rate is 79.27%.
- Good stability and adapted to different reaction environment;
Definition of Activity
One unit (U) of keratinase activity is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1 μg tyrosine per minute from substrate casein at pH 10.5 and 40℃.

Package and Storage
Solid products: 25kg/Plastic woven bag.
Liquid products: 30kg/Plastic barrel.
Store in original package under sealed, room temperature condition for 12 months to solid form, and 6 months to liquid form (less than 25 ℃).
Avoid to be exposed to the sun, rain, high temperature and high humidity.
