Habio Acid Beta-mannase Enzyme Powder Introduction
Habio acid beta-mannanase is a new type of mannanase produced by liquid submerged fermentation of Pichia pastoris, through years of intensive research. Acid beta-mannanase is acid-resistance and thermostable natively with high enzyme activity and good characteristics. It can hydrolyze the glucosidic bond into the beta-manna specially and then release the oligosaccharide in order to remove the anti-nutrition factor, improve the digestibility, increase the feed energy and reduce the cultivation pollution.
Definition of enzyme activity
One unit of (U) of beta-mannanase is defined as the quantity of enzyme , which liberate 1μmol reducing sugar per minute from 3mg/mL mannan solution at 37℃, pH5.5.

Effect of acid beta-mannanase
- Degrading the beta-mannan efficiently, lowering the chyme viscosity, imporving the absorbtion of nutrients.
- Degrading the beta-mannnan combining with the protein and lipid polysaccharide, increase the use ratio of feed raw materials.
- Remove the combination of beta-mannan and NSP, digestive enzyme, cholate, increase the acitivity of digestive enzyme.
- Break up the cell wall and then release the nutrients.
- The degradation product of beta-mannan is manno-oligosaccharides, which can reduce the planting of the pathogenic bacteria in the intestinal tract and keep the intestinal mucosa integrity, boost the multiplication of probiotics in intestinal tract and reduce the diarrhea, so finally increase the production performance.

Package and Storage
Solid products: 25kg/Plastic woven bag.
Liquid products: 30kg/Plastic barrel.
Store in original package under sealed, room temperature condition for 12 months to solid form, and 6 months to liquid form (less than 25 ℃).
Avoid to be exposed to the sun, rain, high temperature and high humidity.
