Introduction

Habio keratinase is a new type of enzyme developed by Mianyang Habio Bioengineering Co., Ltd with modern genetic engineering, microbe (Pichia Pastoris) fermentation and advanced post-process technology. It has efficient disulfide bond reductase and peptide hydrolysis enzyme activity, and can effectively catalyze the hydrolysis of proteins especially keratin proteins, can be widely used in feed, leather, food, cosmetics, and other industrial fields.

Definition of Activity

One unit (U) of keratinase activity is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1 μg tyrosine per minute from substrate casein at pH 10.5 and 40℃.

1. Keep staying at Trypsin-Pepsin solution for 5.5 hours, the enzyme retention rate is 79.27%.

Store in original package under sealed, room temperature condition for 12 months.
