Definition of Activity

One phytase unit (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1μmol inorganic phosphorus per minute from 5.0mmol/L sodium phytate at 37℃, pH5.5.

Product Feature

1. The product is highly soluble in water, then form to clear enzyme solution, the solubility is more than 50 grams / 100 grams of water at 20 ℃;

2. The prepared liquid enzyme has good stability, and it is still clear and free of impurities after be kept for 15 days at room temperature.

Package and Storage

Packaging: 100g200g500g/ aluminum foil bag, 15kg/barrel.

Store in original package under sealed, room temperature condition for 12 months (less than 25 ℃).

Avoid to be exposed to the sun, rain, high temperature and high humidity.
