The description of Correx Flame Retardant sheets
Correx Flame Retardant Sheets are also called fireproof corrugated plastic sheets, correx fire retardant sheets. It is a correx board with flame-retardant effect by adding flame retardant to PP polypropylene raw material through extrusion molding. Usually, correx flame retardant sheet is divided into three grades, V2, V1, V0. The flame-retardant hollow board can automatically extinguish after leaving the fire source and will not become a fire-inducing material.
In addition, correx flame retardant sheet has the characteristics of lightweight, non-toxic, non-polluting, waterproof, shockproof, anti-aging, corrosion resistance, and rich colors like ordinary correx boards. And it has high flexural, aging, tensile, compression and tear strength, and different colors can be customized according to needs.
Introduction of Correx Flame Retardant sheets grade
(1) After two 10-second burning tests on the fireproof corrugated plastic hollow sheets, the flame goes out within 60 seconds. There may be hollow boards burning off, this is a V2 flame retardant correx board.
(2) After two 10-second burning tests on the fireproof correx sheets, the flame goes out within 60 seconds. There can be no burning material falling from the hollow board, this is a V1 flame retardant correx sheet.
(3) After two 10-second burning tests on the fireproof coroplast sheets, the flame goes out within 30 seconds. There can be no burning material falling from the hollow board. This is a V0-level flame-retardant coroplast sheet and the highest-level flame-retardant coroplast sheet.
