1. Rotary helical blade from Taiwan, special blade change and replacement design for fast blade changing.
2. NSK bearing system for the knife shaft, high precision rigid grinding gear. Tolerant of high speed precision paper with long life expectation. Make sure incisions joggle exactly and the incisions are level up and no rough edges.
3. AC Servo drive for the servo motor on the knife shaft, high precision and stable cutting guaranteed.
4. Computer automatic control for order details like cutting dimension, transmission speed etc..Up to 999 orders can be stored into memory, the screen shows the production information.
5. Transmission system adopts oil pump auto-cycle lubrication, insure fast and stable transmission.
