Corrugated board production line is generally composed of the following equipment: base paper frame, hot cylinder machine, paper feeder, single-sided corrugating machine, overpass frame, multiple hot cylinders, sizing machine, double-sided machine, line pressing and separating machine, cross cutting machine, stacking machine and boiler. Roll-shaped base paper is input from the base paper frame, heated by a hot cylinder machine and adjusted in humidity, enters a single-sided corrugating machine, is rolled and formed by the corrugating machine, and is bonded with another paper to form a single-sided corrugated paper, which is transported by an overpass frame, reheated by multiple heaters, pasted by a sizing machine, and then heated and attached by a double-sided machine. At this time, the continuous corrugated paper board is formed. Then, it is divided longitudinally by the paper separating and pressing machine, and accurately cut horizontally and longitudinally by the crease pressing machine, so as to produce corrugated boards of various specifications required by customers. Finally, the finished products of a complete production line are output by the stacking machine after stack code sorting and sheet number calculation.
