2700 / 480 Two Color Carton Printing Slotter With Die Cutting Machine
Introduction of the whole machine:
Multi-functional equipment integrating monochrome printing, this machine adopts water-based screen printing, which has the characteristics of reliable quality, clear printing, accurate color registration, neat side cutting, energy saving and labor saving, etc. It is the equipment for producing middle and high cartons.
Uses and characteristics:
1. The paper feeding table adopts combined chain type manual paper feeding.
2. 360 planetary electric phase adjustment is adopted, which can be adjusted when running and stopping, and the adjustment is quick and accurate, with microcomputer phase meter.
3. When the machine is stopped, the inking roller can automatically separate from the surface of the printing plate, so as not to damage the printing plate.
4. The inking roller has an automatic idling device, so that the ink will not dry up when the machine is suspended.
5. Pneumatic locking and electric separation are adopted.
6. Pneumatic diaphragm pump supplies ink, and automatically homogenizes ink.
7. All the main transmission gears are made of 50crmo ball-milled steel with helical teeth, which are finished and shaved.
8. The transmission part adopts self-spraying lubrication, which improves the service life and precision of the machine
Rack section:
1. The wallboard is made of 50mm thick solid, which makes the machine run smoothly.
2. ***200 I-shaped channel steel is used for the drawbar. Make the machine run smoothly.
3. Cast iron is used for the ground rail, which makes walking more stable.
Walking part:
1. The traveling wheel adopts 6206 double bearings, which can bear greater pressure.
2. The walking shaft adopts cold-drawn steel with diameter of 35, which makes the machine walk more stably.
3. If the machine is locked, the electrical parts can control the traveling motor to fail to start, so as not to damage the motor.
Locking part:
1. CF18 bearing is adopted in the locking part, so that the locking is free of wear.
