5. Pressure Line Adjustment:

1. Adjust the crimping depth

Adjustment instructions: If the indentation of our original cardboard bend is correct or the deviation is small, we can adjust this .It doesn't work. If the indentation deviation is large, we can adjust the pressure here to give to be corrected. (Subject to the structure of the machine, refer to this picture)

6. Automatic calibration department:

The automatic correction unit can forcibly and effectively correct the phenomenon of fishtail scissors.

Adjustment instructions: (1) is the main slap function for the slap board.(3) Adjust the minimum distance between (3) and (1) according to the cardboard size, the distance is too large.

It cannot be beaten, and the distance is too small to cause deformation of the cardboard.

(2) The main pressing board is generally located closer to the flapping board.

7. Counting Accumulation Part

The finished product boxes are automatically counted, stacked neatly, and output accurately. The speed is adjustable and can be controlled individually.
