Structural Features:
1. Adopt vacuum absorption, equipped with a high-pressure blower. Adopt wind control device and air draft silencer; electrical control is centralized in the same host which should not be less 1.5m from the main motor. The operating side is totally closed with cover.
2. Adopt universal joint drive, fission structure. Enclosed gear transmission Immersion type lubrication can extend gear's working time.
3. Corrugated roller diameter is Ø320mm, and adopt 48CrMo high quality alloy steel. After quenching, tempering, hardening and surface polishing and chroming, the plate hardness can reach above HRC60 degrees. Adopt air cylinder control up and down.
5. Pressure roller diameter is Ø320mm which adopts 45# carbon steel modulation process. The roller surface is grinded and chromed, controlled by air cylinder to up and down.
6. Upper and lower preheating roller diameter are Ø400mm; the surfaces are all grinded and chromed and connected with metal hose
7. Pneumatic control glue; glue roller diameter is Ø215mm, engraved with the pit-style textured and hard chrome plating. Glue adjusting roller surface is polished and chrome plating.
8. Corrugated roller and pressure roller bearing can bear high temperature lubricating grease.
9. Use electronically insulate glue device, so the gluing part still work when the machine stops to prevent the glue from drying out.
10. Corrugated roller unilateral height is 0.10 mm, pressure roller unilateral height is 0.075 mm. Add spacing device and Ø 160 mm pressure cylinder.
