MT-SD820 integrated online cleaning machine for semiconductor devices is a precision online cleaning system designed to clean large quantities of semiconductor devices. MT-SD820 cleaning machine is capable of removing flux and organic and ono-organic contaminants remaining after soldering of semiconductor devices. This machine is compatible for use with lead frame, CSP, Flip chip, SIP, IGBT, Micro LED, IC module, etc. MT-SD820 machine is a precision online cleaning machine with the capabilities of providing large-scale ultra-precision centralized cleaning and providing the best cleaning efficiency and cleaning effect.  This machine uses a PLC control system, with a Chinese and English operation interface for ease to set up and programming.
