Modular controller automatic screen stripping machine MT-4100S is equipped with a high-quality electric hydraulic pump that provides high-pressure jet flushing and film release.  MT-4100S automatic screen stripping machine is used to automatically remove the photosensitive film after the screen production process and removes previous film images from the screen. This process is the technology applied to clean the screen and erase the previous layout or screen design and re- blank the screen for reuse. This makes the screen reusable and provides cost-saving as an effect.
 
MT-4100S machine extracts the film, releases liquid, and automatically rinses the screen to be removed. This process softened and releases the screen's photosensitive film. It can also be pre-soaked and be removed from the machine. The machine adopts front and rear double spray bars, uniform spraying, spray pressure, and flow can be adjusted to achieve complete film removal.
