Yamaha YV100XGP SMT mounter mounting speed capacity is up to 0.18 seconds. This SMT multi-functional placement machine is has a high-speed mounting capacity handling 20,000CPH (equivalent to 0.18 second per chip at its optimum condition. This SMT machine is capable of +/-50 um mounting accuracy in full-time operation. Yamaha YV100XGP SMT mounter is designed to accommodate a wide range of components, from 0603 to 031 mm QFP.
