Here we offer the 110/220V, 900mm maximum cutting length capacity, high accuracy PCB cutter INFINITE™ MT-810C PCB Separator machine. INFINITE™ MT-810C PCB Separator machine is capable of cutting various types of materials such as PCB Board, Aluminum Board, Soft Fiber, Fiber Glass Plate, and LED Light Bar. Equipped with a safety features design, INFINITE™ MT-810C PCB cutting machine provides absolute safety and ensures user protection during operation. INFINITE™ MT -810B PCB Separator's maximum cutting length is 600mm. Other models are available for longer cutting length requirements.
MT-810C PCB Separator- 900mm max cut
Features:
- Adjustable separating speed: 500mm/s or 300mm/s
- Minimum Cutting length: 400mm (MT-810A), Maximum cutting length: 1300mm (MT-810D) Upper circular blade adjustable up to 0-2mm.
- The operation platform is adjustable 0-50mm.
- Cutting thickness: 1.0-3.2mm, V-cut thickness: 0.2-2.0mm
- The machine cut PCB boards without damaging electronic components. And it can improve efficiency.
- With blade moving, it can reduce pressure on board to avoid solder joint crack and parts fracture.
- The upper circular blade cuts against the lower linear blade to separate the PCB board, smooth and clear cuts.
- Set fixed start and endpoint for blade moving according to the length of PCB.
- According to the width of PCB, the back baffle can be adjustable from 0 to 150mm.
- The blades are sharp and durable. And they can be sharpened between 2 to 3 times.
- Assemble light curtain system on the end of the lower blade for your option. If there is anything beyond the safe line, PCB separator will stop, which provides safety protection.
