JUKI KE2070L is a high-speed chip shooter SMT machine. This Juki SMT machine model added the optional MNVC feature. JUKI KE2070L is a chip mounter optimal for high-speed mounting of small parts. With the addition of the optional MNVC, the component range can be increased even more for greater flexibility. JUKI KE2070L is also a Placement Monitor Supported model - a newly developed, ultra-small cameras, directly installed to the placement machine head, imaging, and storage of the pickup and placement of each component can now be carried out in real-time. When a defect occurs, cause analysis can be carried out visually by the operator based on the stored image data.
