INFITEK NG Buffer Conveyor is used in the SMT production line. The main function of the NG Buffer Conveyor is to separate OK and NG PCB after SPI or AOI process. This link conveyor device can cache AOI or SPI and other testing machines out of the NG and the OK, OK board will flow to the next process, and the NG board will flow to the upper conveyor of the local machine to wait for the manual confirmation PX. INFITEK NG Buffer Conveyor can be set as FIFO, LIFO, or Pass-through modes. The enclosed design of the NG Buffer Conveyor ensures the highest level of safety. INFITEK NG Buffer Conveyor is available in two (2) models for different board sizes.
