The scrap metal baling process begins with loading waste materials into the compacting box, either manually or mechanically. The lid cylinder rotates the lid into position to seal the box completely. The side and main cylinders then compress the materials into dense bales. Finally, the locking door opens and the main cylinder ejects the finished bale from the compacting box.
- Hydraulic drive system with manual valve or PLC control options
- Multiple bale-discharging methods: turn-out, push-out, forward-out, and manual
- Customizable force, press box size, and bale shape configurations
- Flexible power options: electric motor, diesel engine, or generator
- High production capacity of 6-12 bales per hour
The Y81 series hydraulic scrap balers are widely used in steel mills, recycling facilities, and ferrous/non-ferrous smelting industries. They efficiently process various scrap metals including steel, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, and discarded automobiles into furnace-ready charges in shapes such as cuboids, cylinders, and octagons.
