A: Yes, the customized samples will be charged a set-up fee according to your requirements. We also offer free samples for you to check the quality, but we do not cover the shipping cost.

A: We have professional designers to help with simple information such as logo and some images. Design format: AI; PDF; CDR; PSD; EPS.

A: Sample time: 3-5days, production lead time is usually about 7-20 working days.
Q: How can I know if my goods have been manufactured?
A: Photos took on site will be sent to you during the production. We will keep you updated in time.
