Stand up pouch coffee bags are our most popular products and come in a variety of sizes, styles and colors. Standard stand up pouches are available in a wide range of sizes and are available in clear poly, solid colors or full clear panels with solid color backing. Metalized stand up pouches offer a lighter weight design and composition, but still provide moderate barrier for extending your products shelf life. Windowed stand up pouches feature an oval shaped window that lets you preview what’s inside. Each style of stand up bag can be installed with a degassing valve and converted into a coffee bag.

Production Process

CYLINDER MAKING

Printing result is based on good quality cylinder, and our cylinder suppliers are top cylinder makers in China. Cylinder making needs 3-5working days.

PRINTING

Up to 10 color printing with the most advanced printing machine. Inline video inspection systems is used to control quality in the process of printing.

ADHESIVE LAMINATION

Liongo Pack has a complete variety of lamination technologies such as Solvent based and solvent free. Customers benefit from environmentally friendly solvent-free for their products. Also, we promise the contact layer get food grade if it is applied to food or medicine.

BAG MAKING

Various sizes available of standing pouches, gusset and 3-side seal models available. Special shaped Thomson-cut pouches available, along with Zipper and Spouts.

About Shipping

For sample bags, we choose DHL, USP, FEDEX, TNT or EMS.

For mass production forwarding, sea way is the preferred choice.
