1.We promise:All the parts from our company have no sh-arp edge. Holes and screw holes are chamfered for convenient assembly (Under no indication). Every product will be carefully packed to prevent the bump and rust in transit.

2.The craftsmanship of all parts we machined is controlled rigorously, Every product has its own process card and process chart.

3.Every operator with much experience and they have to double check program,drawing and SOP and tools before action;Operator have to run FA for qualify before mass production;Operator have to check every measure once one setup done to avoid parts scrap in the end.

4.All staff have been training about cost and quality management.

Q1:Can i buy some products from you factory?

We don't have parts in stock, is custom made according to customers' design drawing or sample.

Q2:How can i get a quotation from your company?
In order to quote you as soon as possible please provide us the following information:
1) Detail drawings(CAD / PDF/ DWG/ IGES/ STEP)
2) Material
3) Quantity
4) Surface treatment
5) Any special packing or other requirements

Q3:Can i get some sample for check quality?
Usually, we don't provide free sample, we will provide sample for confirm when order batch quantity before production or we will take sample fee first, will refund after batch production.
Single sample will charge the sample fee.

Q4:If i need the parts urgent, can you help?
Yes, we are here to help. production time is flexible .if you need the parts urgent, please tell us the delivery time you need, we will do our best to adjust the production schedule priority.

Q5: I want to keep our design in secret, can we sign NDA?

Sure, we do not display any customers' design or show to other people, we can sign NDA.
