The JYQD-V6.5E BLDC motor driver board is designed to control DC brushless motors with precise speed regulation (0-100%). Its square wave control algorithms ensure stability and accuracy for various applications:
- Confirm that the voltage and power parameters of the motor do not exceed the specified range.
- This driver board comes without housing and heatsink. It can drive motors below 100W without heatsink but requires normal ventilation.
- The 5V output port is only for external potentiometer or switch for speed adjustment, commutation and enabling operation - do not connect external power equipment.
- 5V: Driver board internal output voltage for external potentiometer/switch
- Z/F: Rotating direction control (5V=Forward, 0V/GND=Reverse)
- VR: Speed control (0.1V-5V analog or PWM 1K-20KHz, 5V amplitude)
- Signal: Speed pulse signal output (5V pulse)
- GND: Driver board internal control ground
- Torque: Starting torque adjustment (remove fixed-torque resistors first)
- MA, MB, MC: Motor phases A, B, C
- GND: DC negative
- VCC: DC positive
Note: Use shielded wires if distance between driver and motor exceeds 50cm. Control port pitch: 2.54mm, Power port pitch: 3.96mm. Ensure proper insulation between MOSFETs and heatsink/installation plate.
The BLDC motor driver is packed in an individual anti-static bag for protection.
