JY21L High and Low Side Driver Overview
The JY21L is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver based on P-SUB P-EPI process technology. This floating channel driver can independently drive two N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs operating up to 150V, with logic inputs compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs down to 3.3V logic.
