Critical Installation Guidelines
Heat Management Requirements
For output power exceeding 60W, installation of a heat sink is mandatory. When installing the heat sink:
- Apply insulation layer for all 6 MOSFETs
- Use heat-conducting silicone grease on insulation for optimal cooling
- Failure to insulate properly will permanently damage the driver board
Hall Sensor Sequence Verification
BLDC motor manufacturers may use different Hall sequences. If motor exhibits abnormal startup, failure to start, or excessive current draw, verify and adjust Hall sequence to prevent driver damage.
Power Supply Requirements
Ensure voltage remains within specified operating range. The driver includes built-in 5V for speed control - do not connect external 5V power supply for speed control as this will damage the unit.
