BLSD2420DC 24V 20A 2-Quadrant Brushless DC Motor Driver for Laser Machines with Hall Sensors
The S Series is a compact, fixed-parameter brushless DC motor speed driver designed for laser machine applications. This 2-quadrant controller supports multiple input reference types including 0~5V analog voltage, 0~100% PWM, and 0~3KHz frequency with optional F-V unit.

Current Selection: Driver peak current should be at least twice the motor's rated current (Ip ≧ 2×Ir).
Operating Quadrant: Designed for operation in I & III quadrants only.
Parameter Configuration: Motor specifications including pole number, speed range, Hall sensor spacing, and ramp time must be provided before ordering.
Brake Operation: When BK port is switched to low level, motor stops quickly via winding short-circuit through bottom MOSFETs.
Cable Management: Hall signal leads should not exceed 500mm and should not be intertwined with winding leads to prevent interference.
Insulation Requirements: Hall sensors to windings, Hall sensors to motor case, and windings to motor case must maintain insulation resistance >500MΩ @ 500VDC.
