Important Installation Notes
Current Selection
Select peak current: Ip(A) ≥ 2×Ir(A) if motor rated current is known, or Ip(A) ≥ 4×Pr/Vr if motor rated power is provided.
Brake Operation
When BK port switches to low level, motor stops quickly via winding shorting. Ensure motor speed does not exceed Safe-Brake-Speed during braking.
Signal Interference
Hall signals can be disturbed by switched current in winding leads exceeding 500mm. Avoid intertwining leads and use shielded cables when necessary.
Motor Insulation
Required insulation resistance: >500MΩ @ 500VDC between Hall sensors, windings, and motor case.
