Current Selection: Peak current should be ≥2× rated motor current or ≥4× rated power ÷ rated voltage.
Brake Operation: Motor speed during braking must not exceed safe brake speed limits.
Cable Management: Hall signal cables should not be intertwined with winding leads beyond 500mm; shielded cables recommended.
Insulation Requirements: Hall sensors to windings, hall sensors to motor case, and windings to motor case must have insulation resistance >500MΩ @ 500VDC.
