Critical Installation Requirements
Compatibility: Designed exclusively for brushless DC motors with Hall sensors (120° angle, three-wire configuration)
Heat Management: Heat sink installation mandatory for output power exceeding 60W. Apply thermal insulation layer for all 6 MOSFETs and use heat-conducting silicone grease for optimal cooling performance.
Hall Sensor Configuration: Verify correct Hall sequence alignment. Incorrect sequencing may cause startup failure, abnormal operation, or excessive current draw leading to controller damage.
Power Supply: Operate only within specified voltage range (12V-36V). Built-in 5V speed control - do not connect external 5V power supply to speed control inputs.
