Critical Installation Requirements
- Use shielded wires when distance between driver board and motor exceeds 50cm to prevent abnormal operation
- Ensure proper insulation between driver MOSFET and heatsink or installation plate
- This AC input driver board can be built-in for space-saving applications
Important Operational Notes
Warning: Confirm motor voltage and power parameters do not exceed driver board specifications
- Designed for 3-phase brushless sensorless motors - may require component adjustments for optimal performance
- Bare board without housing or heatsink - motors over 60W require external heatsink
- 5V output port is for internal board functions only - do not connect external devices
- M terminal provides motor speed pulse output with maximum 5mA current
