Installation Guidelines
- Use shielded wires if driver board is more than 50cm from motor to prevent abnormal driving
- This AC input driver board can be built-in for application integration
- Ensure proper insulation between driver MOSFET and heatsink or installation plate
- For motors below 60W, no heatsink required with normal ventilation and insulation
- For motors above 60W, heatsink installation is mandatory
Application Notes
- Confirm motor voltage and power parameters do not exceed driver board specifications
- Designed for 3-phase brushless sensorless motors (may require component adjustments for optimal performance)
- 5V output port is for internal board control only - do not connect external devices
- M terminal provides motor speed pulse output signal with maximum output current less than 5mA
