Application Guidelines
- Verify motor voltage and power parameters do not exceed specified ranges
- Designed for 3-phase brushless sensorless motors (may require component adjustments for optimal performance)
- Supports motors up to 100W without heatsink under normal ventilation
- 5V pin is for external potentiometer/switch only - do not connect external power equipment
Wiring Configuration
Control Port
- 5V: Internal output for external potentiometer/switch speed adjustment
- Z/F: Rotation direction control (5V=forward, 0V/GND=reverse)
- VR: Speed control (0.1V-5V analog or PWM 1K-10KHz)
- M: Speed pulse signal output
- GND: Driver board internal control ground

- MA, MB, MC: Motor phase connections
- AC L/N: AC power input
Important Notes:
- Use shielded wires for motor connections exceeding 50cm distance
- Control port spacing: 2.54mm, Power port spacing: 3.96mm
- Ensure proper insulation between driver MOSFET and heatsink/installation plate
Critical Warning: The 5V pin must NOT be connected to external power equipment - it is designed exclusively for potentiometer and switch connections for speed adjustment and reversing operations.
